Metamorphosis + The Reincarnation

Metamorphosis
Metamorphosis was created in my early stages of my photography journey. During this project, I had a deep fascination about various themes of life cycles, spirituality/human souls, birth and rebirth/reincarnation. I found the form of a cocoon as the ideal way to express the themes of the in-between and transformation. Experimental practices were used for this project from physically hanging inside mesh fabric to the black nylon trash bags as the backdrop. 
The Reincarnation
The Reincarnation is the second dialog to Metamorphosis. This series focuses more on the ephemeral qualities inside the cocoon vessel and the release of its form.
